What you'll do

• Transport passengers safely and punctually.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles.
• Follow assigned schedules and dispatch instructions.
• Operate accessibility equipment when properly trained and authorized.
• Complete trip documentation accurately.
• Conduct required vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Report incidents and service concerns promptly.
• Treat passengers and families with courtesy, patience, and respect.

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Acceptable driving record, subject to verification.
• Ability to meet applicable driver screening and training requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependability and professional judgment.
• NEMT, wheelchair transportation, or passenger assistance experience preferred, not automatically required.
